My plan for this week was to show off my newly painted bedside cabinets, and/or my new live edge desk, but neither of those are happening. Womp womp. We’re half way through the One Room Challenge, and frustratingly, I don’t have much to show. Everything on order is taking ages to arrive. What I did do, though, is clear out the room properly and clean it top to bottom. We’re in week three of the One Room Challenge, and I have finally finished the DIY upholstered kids’ beds that I started working on months ago. This is not my first rodeo with upholstering beds – I hacked an Ikea one here too. These are a little more technical with the addition of nail head trim, but still a straightforward DIY.
