An Afternoon with Sweetpea & Willow

An Afternoon with Sweetpea & Willow

I went to the most fun blogger & press event at Sweetpea & Willow a couple of weeks ago. Their Isleworth showroom is only about three miles down the road from me in South West London, but I’d had no idea it was there. It’s packed with lovely things, and very glam. Now, glam is not my usual interiors repertoire but, as you might be aware, I tend to like all the things. And there was a lot to like. I’ll throw in here that Sweetpea & Willow did not… View Post

Low-Key Christmas Decorating

I stick with simple when it comes to Christmas decorating. I use the same stuff every year, and generally only add to it when I can find pretty things in the sales after Christmas. Tree decorating is a whole family affair, so it’s full of cardboard and craft paper creations. It’s even got tinsel on it, at the kids’ request. There are bits with loads of baubles clumped together and other bits that are rather sparse, and the beads are especially wonky this time around. We have a cute tradition… View Post

Favorite Things: An Industrial Kitchen, African Houses & A Rattan Radio

Style Love these earrings I just bought for myself, from the cutest little home/gift shop in Islington. Finds A rattan radio! This pouffe from Maisons Du Monde sports a similar white & natural weave combo, and I love the tribal print. Tech I’m on a mission to slowly replace all the things in my house that aren’t both beautiful and functional. There’s no reason not to have both, right? I discovered Native Union‘s range of charging cables and accessories at Design Junction, and they definitely fit that brief. Inspiring Spaces London-based designers Turner… View Post
